Penthouse Paradiso

This summer we will share our second home with other holiday makers. This spacious apartment is for rent for those who appreciate a quiet retreat while enjoying the stunning view over Golfo dei Poeti, Lerici with its castle, the lush olive groves and the Medeterranian. While being here you can sunbathe at the terrasse, and go swimming in our private pool.
What is more tempting than in the morning open the shutters , walk onto the terrase with a cup of coffee in your hand and be just overwhelmed by the stunning view.
A fifteen minutes walk through the olive grove takes you down to San Terenzo with its beaches, restaurants and cafees. This is real smalltown Italian ambience.
The appartment is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms , 2 of them en-suit, and the 3rd also with bathroom. So 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition possibility for 2 persons sleeping on a sofa-bed in the livingroom.
1 balcony, large terrace with dining area under the sunroof, drinks area, sundeck and private pool.
Fully equipped kitchen, washingmaschine.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area.
All our guests could walk down/up while they are staying in the apartment. it is 15 minutes walk to the beach/San Terenzo main square, and 20 minutes up. There is a free shuttle bus as an alternative
Parking according to availability in front of apartment building should be the main option. Should be primarily for one car. If not, available free parkings about 20 minutes walking
