La Vela Latina is the traditional triangular sail of the old Ligurian wooden boats. In our gulf, these boats didn’t sail to race — they moved by following the wind with calm and grace. We chose this name because, for us, a holiday is exactly that: slowing down, letting comfort carry you gently, and finding your balance again. We want this home to be your safe harbor — a warm, welcoming refuge where you can relax after a day spent between La Spezia and the Cinque Terre.
Vela Latina is a recently renovated apartment designed to offer a pleasant, practical, and relaxing stay in the heart of La Spezia. The spaces are bright, well cared for, and equipped with all modern comforts — including air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher — making it ideal both for short holidays and longer stays.
The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children and teenagers. Upon request, we provide a baby cot and a high chair free of charge, ensuring a comfortable stay even for the youngest guests.

Its location is one of its greatest strengths: the apartment is easy to reach by car, with parking available nearby, and it sits in a residential and strategic area close to the city center and all essential services. Within a few minutes on foot you can reach the seaside promenade (10 minutes), the ferry terminal for the Cinque Terre (15 minutes), and La Spezia Migliarina train station (20 minutes). The city center is also within comfortable walking distance, making Vela Latina an excellent base for exploring the Gulf of Poets and the villages of the Cinque Terre.
