La Casa dell'Arancio

On the hills of Lerici, in the hamlet of Pugliola, a charming independent cottage on two levels carved out of an ancient rustic structure with an adjacent livable garden and a partial sea view. The renovation was designed to recreate the typical atmosphere of boats. The furnishings primarily consist of pieces salvaged from naval demolitions, and the larch plank floor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, a well-maintained and shaded garden with a majestic wild orange tree. A very livable space with a large table, evening lighting, barbecue, outdoor sink, and a beautiful glimpse of the sea and the village of Pugliola.
On the ground floor (garden level), there is a small living room with a futon sofa, TV space, table, and kitchenette. On the lower floor, a bedroom with a double bed, optionally separable into two singles, wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is ideal for two people. The futon sofa bed on the ground floor can accommodate two more people (older children or teenagers, given the presence of stairs), to be agreed upon with the hosts.
The sea is about 1.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot, downhill, via a path/staircase. For the return journey, if you prefer not to exert yourself, there is a good bus service. Grocery store, bar, tobacco shop, and newsstand in the square a few meters from the house. Free parking at 150 meters. The setting is very quiet and peaceful, at the center of the paths leading to the most beautiful areas of the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre.
