The house is located in the Cinque Terre National Park, in Fossola di Tramonti, near Riomaggiore, a true paradise for hiking enthusiasts. The panorama from the house ranges from the open sea to the view of Monesteroli.
The location allows for a stay in absolute tranquility. It is an ideal retreat for couples and relaxation lovers, as well as for hikers exploring the surrounding wonders and the broader, richly attractive territory.
The property, situated on trail 534 (ex4c) and on the way to the famous village of Monesteroli, is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub on a cliff overlooking the sea. With its beautiful stairs and artfully crafted dry stone walls, it creates a breathtaking panorama. This can be enjoyed in absolute privacy in the outdoor space (located behind the house, about twenty steps away), equipped with sunbeds, sofa/chairs/table, and chairs for outdoor dinners.
You will have the opportunity to experience your vacation in the Cinque Terre in complete relaxation, away from the crowds and noise, yet conveniently located for travel by car and public transport. The house is a 3-minute walk from the parking reserved for residents. In addition to the mentioned space, you will find another free parking lot 150 meters away and the bus stop of the Park (in 10 minutes, you will be in Riomaggiore). From Riomaggiore, you can move by boat or comfortably by train to discover the Cinque Terre.
It is essential to adhere to some simple, non-negotiable rules due to the exceptional nature of the place and the fragility of socio-natural balances. This includes respecting crops and spontaneous species in the area, maintaining silence after midnight, proper waste separation, and the correct use of parking under the house.
The accommodation is on two levels: on the ground floor, there is an entrance with a comfortable French double sofa bed, a hallway with a small sink, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On the first floor, there is the kitchen with a low loft sleeping area (with TV and a French double bed) and a room with two single beds enhanced by a balcony with a sea view where you can enjoy unforgettable breakfasts.
In front of the house, there is a small area equipped with stone benches/iron bench/tables/chairs and cushions, allowing you to spend beautiful moments together while admiring a breathtaking panorama. The house is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and heating. TO REACH THE PROPERTY, YOU MUST CLIMB A SHORT STAIRCASE, SO WE ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES.
