Located in the Piana degli Ulivi Ovest residence with a beautiful green park and communal swimming pool, just a few minutes' walk from the center and the beautiful beaches of San Terenzo.
Tourist apartment for up to 4 people comprising: spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds or 1 double), 2 bathrooms with shower, storage room. Air conditioning and reserved parking space. Pool opens June to September.
The apartment, in an elegant and private setting, is strategically located to enjoy a holiday in the beautiful Gulf of Poets.
From the center of Lerici, boats depart for daily excursions to Portovenere, the island of Palmaria, and the Cinque Terre.
With convenient trails marked by the CAI, and without the need to use the car, it is possible to reach not only the beaches of San Terenzo (a 7-minute walk) but also those of Baia Blu and Venere Azzurra (approximately 30 minutes on foot). The walk to Tellaro, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, passing through the hamlets of Solaro, Pugliola, La Serra, and Fiascherino, offers wonderful views of the gulf (the return can be made by bus and shuttles).
