Hi, we’re Fabio and Antonella, and we’re so excited to welcome you to Allegrotta, a special place named after one of the sweet nicknames we use for our daughter Allegra, who was born just days after we bought this apartment.
Allegrotta is a stylish and welcoming apartment located in an elegant, historic building in the center of La Spezia. Just a 3-minute walk from the main train station, it’s the perfect base to explore the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and the Ligurian coast.
The apartment has been completely renovated, blending modern comfort with charming vintage details like the original flooring and classic architectural lines.
It features: 2 spacious and bright bedrooms (ideal for couples, families, or friends), a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, and more
