The house, a typical "Liguria tower house," has four floors and is located in the historic part of Biassa, in a panoramic and peaceful setting.
Upon entering, you access the kitchen, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed , on the third floor, there is a living room. From the kitchen, you go down to the bathroom.
Car is recommended.
Within 200 meters from the house, you will find a grocery store, a tobacconist, a restaurant, and a pizzeria.
About 2 km away on foot is Colle del Telegrafo, a starting point for trekking or mountain biking along the trails of the Cinque Terre National Park.
Trekking routes include the Sanctuary of Montenero, Riomaggiore, Portovenere, and Tramonti.
Beyond the famous Cinque Terre, there is an even more unique area extending from Riomaggiore to Portovenere, known as Tramonti. These places are truly remote and seemingly frozen in time. They are inaccessible by car—only reachable on foot.
Tramonti is Biassa’s vineyard area, a wild landscape with steep paths leading to the sea at Schiara and Monesteroli. The descent feels like stepping down a pyramid (not recommended for those with vertigo).
For those who love walking and trekking along the coast, we recommend the trail from Telegrafo to Portovenere, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the village of Portovenere. It takes about 3-4 hours to reach Portovenere, with the option to return by bus or ferry.
Public transport:
Right below the house, there is a bus stop for La Spezia (where you can take trains and ferries to the Cinque Terre) and a shuttle stop for Riomaggiore.
By car, you can reach Riomaggiore in 10 minutes, La Spezia in 20 minutes, and Portovenere in about 30 minutes.
Other destinations reachable by car in a day include Lucca, Florence, and Pisa.
